These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Casino Fancy platform and all its services. "Casino Fancy", "we", and "our" refer to the company operating this platform. "User" and "you" refer to any individual registered on or using our platform.

• This must be your first and only Casino Fancy account registered in your name.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• You must hold a valid mobile banking or bank account in your own name.
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gaming under the laws of any country.

After registration, Casino Fancy reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. The KYC (Know Your Customer) process may require you to submit a National ID card, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be put on hold until identity verification is successfully completed.

If a single individual is found to be operating multiple accounts, all such accounts will be closed and all winnings, including bonuses, will be forfeited. Multiple accounts are identified based on shared devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or personal information.

Casino Fancy currently accepts the following payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made through third parties are not accepted.

Casino Fancy may temporarily hold suspicious or unusual transactions for additional review. In line with our anti-money laundering policy, all financial transactions are monitored.

Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw funds from Casino Fancy. Withdrawals are only available to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum Withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 per day
• Processing Time: 1–24 hours (typically 2–4 hours)
• Weekly Limit: ৳5,00,000 (higher for VIP members)

A withdrawal request can be cancelled after submission, but only before processing begins. Once processing has started, it cannot be reversed. Large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification, which can take up to 48 hours.

Casino Fancy regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are listed on the respective offer page. General bonus terms are outlined below:

• Wagering Requirement: A wagering requirement of typically 20x–40x the bonus amount must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Duration: Bonuses must typically be used within 7–30 days.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid on specific games.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round is generally BDT 500.
• One Bonus Only: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

Casino Fancy reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse. Bonus abuse includes claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, manipulating betting patterns to exploit bonuses, and similar conduct.

The welcome bonus is available to new registrants only, and is limited to one per household/address/device/IP address.

All games and betting activities at Casino Fancy are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, verified by international auditors. Game outcomes cannot be manipulated.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the bet will be voided and the amount refunded.
• If a Sports Betting event is cancelled, the associated bet will also be voided and the stake refunded.
• Odds displayed during live betting may change; the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.

Casino Fancy reserves the right to void bets and investigate accounts where match fixing or unusual betting patterns are detected in Sports Betting.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at Casino Fancy. Violations may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Operating Multiple Accounts or Using Third-Party Accounts
• Fraud, hacking, or exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform
• Money Laundering or Illegal Financial Transactions
• Playing games using bots or automated software
• Bonus Abuse – exploiting the bonus system to generate profit through manipulative betting
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor

You can close your Casino Fancy account at any time by contacting our support team. Please make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Casino Fancy may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions
• If KYC verification is incomplete or false information is found
• Suspicious financial transactions
• Prolonged inactivity on an account (inactive account)
• Court order or directive from a regulatory authority

Inactive Accounts: If there has been no login or transaction for 12 months, the account will be marked as "inactive" and a monthly maintenance fee of BDT 50 may be deducted.

Casino Fancy is not liable for the following:

• Game or bet cancellation due to loss of internet connection
• Delayed transactions due to third-party payment gateway issues
• Loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Temporary service interruptions due to technical issues

Casino Fancy is committed to maintaining high service quality; however, 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance may occasionally take the platform offline, and users will be notified in advance.

Casino Fancy collects and processes your personal information solely for the purpose of providing its services. We never sell your data to third parties. However, we may be required to share information in order to comply with legal obligations or upon request by a regulatory authority.

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.

• Step 1: Submit a complaint via live chat or email.
• Step 2: The support team will respond in writing within a maximum of 72 hours.
• Step 3: If unresolved, the matter will be escalated to a higher authority.
• Step 4: Casino Fancy's decision is final and binding in all matters.

Appeals against Casino Fancy's final decisions may only be made to the relevant licensing authority.

Casino Fancy may amend these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, at least 7 days' prior notice will be given. Minor changes may take effect immediately.
